Well, just like Louis Vuitton used a Japanese fashion designer to bring back their name (remember the candy colored Louis’ on the white background 5 years ago?) and Target uses international designers for their GO line, Express is using Celia Birtwell’s designs for a special line this Spring. She’s probably most famous for designing clothes for a well-known London chain, TopShop, the same store Kate Moss sells her lines at. So we all remember the Dooney&Burke crazy of the 90's right??? You just had to have one to be considered cool and fashionable.
