Monday I shared 2 ways in which we are going to prosper financially this year:

c. Start a Christmas savings account, or start a piggy bank

At this time I would like to share another step in our quest for financial freedom.

GET YOUR HUSTLE ON!!!

I’ll say it again, “Get your hustle on!” Very few people gain financial wealth from one job, especially a job that isn’t owned by you. I am encouraging you to get a side hustle. You may be thinking to yourself, “I already work 40 plus hours a week, I have children, and a spouse (another child). I don’t have time for another job.” Think again. Of course you don’t have time for another job, but you do have time for a hustle. What is a hustle? Let’s explore shall we. My definition of a hustle is something that you are good at that can make you money with very little effort. For example, I have a friend that makes a sweet $1500/mon hosting 2 Pampered Chef parties a month!! That’s 2 parties at someone else’s house (no clean-up), that lasts about 2 hours. Do the math, that’s about $375/hr not to mention she gets free kitchen gadgets. Sometimes she doesn’t even host parties; she sends a massive email to her friends and has a catalog party. She sends the email, you browse the on-line catalog, place your order, and she gets paid . . . for NOTHING!! PamperedChef.com.

So what if cooking isn’t your thing. There are trunk shows for children’s clothing, adult clothing, make-up, jewelry; this list goes on for days. You can also look into turn-key opportunities. If you possess some special skill, contract yourself. You can charge what you want, work for who you want when you want. Do you play and instrument? Can you sing? Do you teach? Start teaching music lessons, tutor some kids after school, or sing at a wedding. THINK OUT OF THE BOX! Do you like wine? Buy a 10 bottles of your favorites and host a wine tasting event and charge!!

Today I want you to get a sheet of paper and write down all of your many talents, hobbies, likes and dislikes and find a way to generate income from it. People make money off of no-brainers everyday. Let’s examine Subway shall we? It’s the #1 franchise in the country. What do they offer? $6.00 cold cut sandwiches!! Are you kidding me?? The list goes on and on. Am I making my point? Are you getting inspired? Are you ready to make easy money?

I can’t say it enough so now I’m going to beg. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE share your ideas, testimonies, and thoughts with me. I feel like I’m sharing this information with myself. Guess what?
